A short code is a five or six digit number used by organisations to run interactive SMS campaigns. Support voting, competitions, donations, opt-ins and customer engagement using simple keywords.
Payments can be handled by charging to a phone bill (where available) or using the ORZI Shortcode app for card payments. Campaigns, keywords and reporting are managed through ORZI Flow.

How it works
Launch a campaign using a short code and one or more keywords, then manage messages and reporting from ORZI Flow.
1. Choose your short code, keywords, and campaign type (voting, entry, donations, opt-in).
2. We configure messages, auto-replies, and payment handling (phone bill or card, where applicable).
3. Track responses, monitor performance, and export results from ORZI Flow.

Do we need a dedicated short code?
Some campaigns can run on shared short codes with keywords, while others benefit from a dedicated number. ORZI can advise based on your use case.
Can we run multiple keywords at the same time?
Yes. You can run multiple keywords for different campaigns, departments, or events, with reporting per keyword.
How do we see results?
Campaigns are managed in ORZI Flow with reporting, tracking, and export options to support audits and reporting requirements.
Can we use card payments instead of charging to a phone bill?
Yes. Where phone billing is not suitable or not available, ORZI can support card payments through the ORZI Shortcode app.
