Who we are
Ezo Connect Ltd trading as ORZI is the data controller responsible for deciding how personal information is used. We are registered with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner under registration number 65355.
Information we collect
We may collect information you give us when you enquire about a service, become a customer, work with us or ask us to contact you. This may include your name, organisation, contact details, enquiry, preferences and information needed to provide an agreed service.
The contact form on this website prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the information entered into that form. If you choose to send the email, ORZI receives and handles it through our email service.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process limited technical information such as IP address, request and device details to deliver and protect the website.
How and why we use information
We use personal information where the law allows us to, including to:
- respond to enquiries and discuss requested services;
- perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract;
- operate, secure and improve our services;
- meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations; and
- pursue legitimate business interests where your rights do not override them.
Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Sharing and international transfers
We may share information with trusted service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside Jersey or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards.
Security and retention
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Access is limited to people who need it and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
